vmluxuryjewelry.com is an online store dedicated to promoting the sale of 10k and 14k real gold jewelry. Our jewelry is made of high quality Italian and Turkish gold, and some is made and imported from Florida. The V&M Jewelry supplier has extensive experience in the market. We guarantee that our jewelry is made with real 10k and 14k gold and is fully inspected before it is shipped. We do not guarantee loss or breakage of the jewel. V&M Jewelry uses certified shipping by United States Postal Mail and by USPS. Refer to shipping policy, cancellations and return policy.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange or receive a store credit for your item(s) within 3 days from the date of arrival of shipment. On certain cases if approved by an associate we may refund money with a 20% restocking fee applied. We accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear.
